Pay your tuition on time to avoid late fee

Your tuition is due on the first day of school. Please make every effort to send in your payment on the first school day. Please check "Total Due" online for the correct amount. We currently only accept checks and P2P payment from a bank.

You will be charged a late fee of $50 if Bohua has not received your tuition payment two week after the first day of school, i.e. after Jan. 14. This late fee will strictly enforces as some families carried a balance till the end of last semester. For those who carried a balance, it will be forwarded to the new semester.

Write your family ID

It's important for you to write your family ID number on your check so we know who you are paying for. Login to your account to find your family ID. We encourage you bring your check to the office during the first day of school, although mail the check to Bohua at “Bohua Chinese School,  1750 38th street, Boulder, CO 80301.” will also be ok, but there could be a delay since mails are not checked in time during the summer holiday time.

Pay tuition electronically - P2P/Zelle

Instead of a check, alternatively you can also pay your tuition to Bohua electronically through the Person to Person Pay (P2P) service if you bank with one of these banks:

When you send your payment to Bohua, remember to use Bohua email address as the recipient: principal@bohua.org. It’s critical to note who you are paying for: Family ID, Phone #, parent email. BOHUA CHINESE SCHOOL

Bohua Chinese School, founded in 1995, is a non-profit organization that promotes traditional Chinese culture and community spirits. Meeting regularly on Sundays, the school offers various programs in Chinese language, arts, and culture to school-age children and adults from Boulder and its surrounding areas. Currently, more than 250 students are enrolled in various classes.

For years, Bohua has served as a community center to families who are, in one way or another, linked through Chinese Culture in the large Boulder area. Through its CTC (Chinese Taught in Chinese) program, BoHua has helped many children of Chinese descent maintaining their heritage through exposure to Chinese language and culture. BoHua’s curriculum has also been helping families who have adopted children from China and hope they can be connected to their roots. BoHua also has a growing language program, CTE (Chinese Taught in English), which is aimed at teaching English-speaking people who are interested in learning Chinese.

BoHua acknowledges the support of various local communities and institutions. Particularly, we appreciate Fairview High School of BVSD for hosting BoHua Chinese School for several years.
